The Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Antigen Detection Kit (Colloidal Gold Method) uses the colloidal gold immunochromatography sandwich method to detect the Novel Coronavirus N antigen. When the sample is processed and added to the sample well, the sample will flow along the test strip by capillary action. If the novel coronavirus N antigen is present in the sample, the N antigen will combine with the novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold to form an immune complex. This immune complex will be captured by the novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody coated on the membrane at the test line (T), forming a red test line, indicating a positive result for the novel coronavirus antigen. The test card also includes a quality control line (C). Regardless of whether the new coronavirus antigen is present in the sample, a red strip should appear on the quality control line (C), indicating that the test result is valid. If the red quality control line does not appear, the test result is invalid and the sample should be retested using a new test card.

5 steps to use the YHLO Novel Coronavirus Antigen Test Kit

Disinfect your hands properly and thoroughly before taking samples
Place the sampling stick into both nostrils (about 2.5 cm deep) and rotate it at least 5 times
Place the sampling stick into the small plastic bottle containing the reagent and stir for at least 15 seconds. Cover the small plastic bottle with the cap.
Add 3 drops of reagent to the oval position of the detection device
After 15 minutes, read the positive/negative result according to the instructions in the reference manual

Interpretation of the results of the YHLO novel coronavirus antigen test kit

Positive: Two red horizontal lines appear next to the "C" and "T".

YHLO Novel Coronavirus Antigen Detection Kit Notes:

1. If the sample extract from non-nasal swab or nasopharyngeal swab is dropped into the reagent card, the test will be invalid.
2. Avoid contamination of the sampling swab during the sampling process and test immediately after sampling.
3. Be careful not to drop the sample or any liquid into the observation frame. If it is accidentally dropped into the observation frame, a new test card should be used.
4. Children must be tested under the supervision of their parents and must not swallow anything. If you are not skilled in the technique, please do not test young children to avoid injury.
5.
