Once payment is successful, customers will receive the product within 2-3 business days. Please make sure to check that the product is correct. Except for the wrong product being sent or the product having quality problems after opening, we do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations for any reason. If there are any problems, customers must contact staff to follow up within 7 business days after receiving the order. No replacements or refunds will be accepted after this period.
