This product is a mixed formula of iron, folic acid, vitamin B2, B12 and vitamin C, which can improve absorption capacity, supplement iron and prevent iron deficiency, and can effectively maintain the health of the immune system. Plus, this product contains no salt, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavors or artificial preservatives and is gentle on the stomach.

Each capsule contains :
Iron ----------------------------------------------------------- 28 mg
Folic acid --------------------------------------------------- 400 mcg
Vitamin B2 ------------------------------------------------- 800 mcg
Vitamin B12 ------------------------------------------------- 8 mcg
Vitamin C ---------------------------------------------------- 60 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients :
Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, water-soluble cellulose (No salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial preservatives)

Recommended Dosage :
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
