Since the human body cannot manufacture it by itself, it must be ingested from food. Evening primrose oil helps keep the skin, nails, and hair healthy, and helps to strengthen the liver and relieve alcohol. It may help stabilize blood pressure, improve menopausal syndrome, and delay aging. It can also improve premenstrual syndrome and relieve discomfort. In addition, the products are natural and healthy without yeast, gluten, wheat, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colors or sweeteners.
