When the sample is processed and added to the sample well, the sample flows along the test strip through capillary action. If the novel coronavirus N antigen is present in the sample, it will bind to the colloidal gold-labeled novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody to form an immune complex. This immune complex is captured by the novel coronavirus monoclonal antibody coated on the membrane at the test line (T), forming a red test line, indicating a positive result for the novel coronavirus antigen. The test card also includes a control line (C). Regardless of the presence of the novel coronavirus antigen in the sample, the control line (C) should show a red band, indicating a valid test result. Five steps to use the YHLO Novel Coronavirus Antigen Detection Kit

Disinfect your hands properly and thoroughly before taking a sample.
Insert the sampling swab into both nasal cavities (approximately 2.5 cm deep) and rotate it at least 5 times.
Place the sampling swab into the small plastic bottle containing the reagent and stir for at least 15 seconds, then cap the small plastic bottle.
Add 3 drops of reagent to the oval position of the detection device.
Read the positive/negative result 15 minutes later, following the instructions in the reference manual.

Positive: Two red horizontal lines appear next to "C" and "T".
