This study conducted an in-depth analysis of approximately 200,000 participants of European descent aged 60 or older. The results showed that among those who strictly adhered to a healthy lifestyle, the proportion who ultimately developed cognitive impairment was less than one percent, fully demonstrating the importance of healthy habits.
