This product utilizes colloidal gold immunochromatography to detect the novel coronavirus antigen. Colloidal gold particles are labeled with 2019nCoV murine antibody α, the test line (T line) is coated with 2019nCoV murine antibody β, and the control line (C line) is coated with goat anti-mouse antibody. When the sample contains the novel coronavirus antigen, it binds to the antibody α on the colloidal gold particles to form an immune complex. During liquid chromatography, as the sample passes the test line (T line), the complex is captured by the 2019nCoV murine antibody β coated in the test area, causing a large aggregation of gold particles to form a red band. The remaining colloidal gold label precipitates to the control line (C line) and binds to the goat anti-mouse antibody, again causing a large aggregation of gold particles to form a red band. When the sample does not contain the novel coronavirus antigen, the colloidal gold-labeled 2019nCoV murine antibody α only forms a red band at the control line (C line).

1. Gently insert the sample into the nasal cavity or throat (see instruction manual for details).
2. Insert the sample into the reagent and stir at least 6 times, then let it stand for 1 minute.
3. Add 3 drops of sample reagent to the test reagent.
4. Wait 15-20 minutes (no less than 15 minutes / no more than 20 minutes)

Interpretation of GREEN SPRING Novel Coronavirus Test Kit Results

Positive: A positive result is indicated by two lines in the results window: a control line (C) and a test line (T).
Negative: A colored line appears in the control area (C). No visible colored line appears in the test band area (T).
Invalid: Control line not appearing. Insufficient sample volume or improper sample handling are the most likely causes for the control line not appearing. Check the procedure and repeat the test with a new test tape.
