I've always used this apple cider vinegar; my family says it lowers cholesterol, so we usually take one capsule after meals. This one is more convenient than bottled apple cider vinegar, which makes my mouth and throat feel very uncomfortable, probably because it's too concentrated. I think it's still good to drink more water after taking it, since acidic foods can affect the stomach.
