Deep throat sputum sampling

1. Clean your hands thoroughly. It is recommended to complete the test in the morning before brushing teeth and rinsing mouth
2. Take a deep breath and exhale forcefully, repeat three times.
3. Coughing that produces phlegm from deep in the chest.
4. Spit the sputum (light yellow/green) into a sputum tray.
5. Carefully remove the sterile cotton swab from the wrapper, and avoid touching the tip to any foreign surface.
6. Use the sterile cotton swab provided to mix the sputum until it is completely covered.
7. Allow the test sample and the COVID-XNUMX Antigen Rapid Test Kit to reach room temperature.
8. Use the needle tip of the dropper bottle cap to press down to pierce the sealing film on the top of the dropper bottle.
9. Remove the large cap from the dropper bottle and place it vertically on a work surface with the protective top cover of the dropper cap facing downward.
10. Pour the reagent into a dropper bottle, insert the cotton swab into the diluent of the dropper bottle, and rinse the cotton swab in the solution in a rotating manner for 30 seconds. Squeeze the tube and stir with the cotton swab 5 times.
