After using it for three months, the swelling and pain in the knees gradually eased, and the bending became smoother and more flexible, and the knees and heels did not hurt when jogging. Sometimes I felt pain for my keen durig walking, which makes me not able to do exercise. After taking this product the pain has been relieved and I felt the knee is more flexible. Now I can start doing some exercise.
