I usually buy from Watsons or Mannings, but the prices are much higher. A friend recommended GOGO Herbs, which is much cheaper. At first, I was a little worried, but when it arrived, I immediately checked the best-before dates. Three bottles were after March 2025, but the (yellow) ZINC+ expired in November 2023. However, there are only 60 capsules, so that's enough time for me. Overall, I think this was a pleasant shopping experience, and the delivery was fast! 👍👍
The capsules look large, but they're actually very easy to swallow; a little water was all it took. Unlike fish oil, which you can swallow directly, these don't have a fishy smell.
