The fruits in this formula - apples, pears, blueberries, kiwi fruit and persimmons - are rich in fibre, which aids healthy digestion, regulates the intestinal tract, improves consistency and prevents constipation and loose stools, as well as enhancing nutrient absorption, which regulates blood glucose; and it also includes chicory root (a source of inulin), which is a naturally occurring prebiotic, which helps to support the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract. The Z-MicroSteam™ range is made using the innovative Z-MicroSteam™ technology, which involves gentle steaming followed by gentle drying to lock in the nutrients and create optimum palatability, making it suitable for all ages as a main meal as well as an accompaniment to food or as a snack.
