Recommended use:
Daily: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional

Precautions:
– If you are pregnant or considering pregnancy, do not take vitamin A without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
– Stop using this product and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, tingling, burning or numbness
– This product contains a high dose of selenium. Adults should not take more than 150 micrograms of selenium per day from dietary supplements
– Not indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions
