Now Foods' Lutein & Zeaxanthin is made with the patented ingredient Lutemax® 2020, which is formulated with a 5:1 ratio of lutein and zeaxanthin for optimal health. The main effects are to protect the eyes from harmful oxidants and free radicals, reduce eye damage from UV rays and other harmful radiation, reduce eye fatigue, improve vision and colour recognition, and prevent or delay eye diseases such as macular degeneration. The ingredients are non-GMO, dairy, egg and gluten free.

Main Ingredients.
Each softgel contains:
Tagetes erecta L. (Lutemax® 2020) ---- 125mg
Lutein --------- ---------- --- 25 mg
Zeaxanthin --------- ---------- -–5mg

Other Ingredients:
Soft gelatin capsule (gelatin, water, glycerin), sunflower oil, natural mixed tocopherols (from non-GMO soybean oil)

Suggested Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal containing oil/fat.
