The small capsules are easy to swallow. After taking Vitamin D3, my shoulder and neck pains were relieved. For office workers who work early in the morning and come home late at night, it is difficult for them to get enough Vitamin D by sun exposure, this product is affordable and acceptable for long term use.

Last year, I had a routine health check-up and found that my bone mineral density was low and I was at risk of osteoporosis. The doctor suggested me to take Vitamin D test and the result also showed that it was low, so I took calcium supplement together with Vitamin D. This year, the amount of Vitamin D was normal again and the bone density was also increased, so I continue to maintain it. This year, my vitamin D level is normal and my bone density has increased, so I will continue to keep it up.

I have been taking Calcium, doctor said I need to have enough D3 to break down and absorb Calcium. After eating one row, I feel that my bones are strong and healthy!

I take this vitamin D3 daily and it's so far so good. I don't expect to have big changes in a short period of time, but it I don't expect to have big changes in a short period of time, but it significantly improve my exercise performance.
