Fine grains, easy to swallow. After consuming vitamin D3, my sore shoulders and neck were relieved. For office workers who go out early and return late, it is more difficult to get enough vitamin D from the sun.

I take this vitamin D3 daily and it's so far so good. I don't expect to have big changes in a short period of time, but it significantly improve my exercise performance.
