Online Order
Once the order is successfully paid, all items purchased at Gogo Herbs cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Exceptions for exchange or return will be allowed for defective items only.
– For exchange or return, please contact our Customer Service through Whatsapp 548306. Please provide us with your order number, photos of the defective items and any other related information for the procedure.
- Items can be exchanged or refunded once only. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
– Exchange:
i. You may exchange your defective items for items that have the same value only. If the item chosen for exchange is of higher value, customer shall pay the price difference.
– Returns and Refunds:
i. The refund method would be based on the payment method of your order, for instance, payment by payme → refund by payme; payment by Alipay → refund by Alipay; payment by bank amount → refund by HSBC, etc.
ii. Refund procedures require around 1-week processing1 weektime processing
iii.Once the refund is accepted, customer is required to contact our Customer Service through Whatsapp 54830695 within 7 days to make an appointment for item return.
