Natural Eggshell Membrane (Ovomet® Chicken Lining, Eggshell Membrane) -------– 300mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) --------- -------- 1000IU

Other Ingredients:
Soluble Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate

Suggested Dosage.
