This is the third time I have bought this product. It has improved my stomach and bowel movements, and my regularity in going to the toilet has improved. Most importantly, the monthly cost is almost the same as the liquid apple cider vinegar sold outside, but it is much more convenient. It is completely trouble-free to eat after work without the worry of using a measuring cup, and after eating, my hands and feet are clean without even having to wash the cup.
