Non-Medicinal Ingredients :
Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin [bovine], purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant)
(Free of artificial colors, preservatives or sweeteners; no starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, or GMOs)

Recommended Dosage :
Take 1–2 capsules immediately before consuming dairy products or any food containing lactose.
