Instructions:
1. For sample collection, turn clockwise and counterclockwise in the nasal cavity
2. To prepare the sample, place the nasal stick into the antigen extraction tube
3. To test, invert the test tube vertically, add two drops of test sample to the sample well, start timing, and wait 12 minutes
