Jamieson 10x Potency Biotin provides a highly concentrated formula. Biotin is a key part of maintaining optimal energy levels as it is an important cofactor in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and is also important for the synthesis of amino acids. Since keratin, made of amino acids, is the building block of skin, hair, and nails, biotin supplementation helps strengthen nails and hair, making hair thicker and shinier, nails stronger, and soothing dry skin. At the same time, biotin helps the body produce energy, and may help regulate blood sugar and maintain healthy blood lipids.

Biotin————————————— 10,000 micrograms

Other ingredients:
Gelatin (bovine), glycerin, soybean oil, palm stearate, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, titanium dioxide, natural carmine
