Main Ingredients :
Each tablet contains :
Vitamin C --------------------------------------- 500mg
Zinc ---------------------------------------------- 2mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients :
Dextrose, natural orange flavour, cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate, sucralose (No salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives)

Recommended Dosage :
Children 4-8: Chew 1 tablet daily.
Children 9-13: Chew 1-2 tablets daily.
Adolescents 14-18: Chew 1-3 tablets daily.
Adults 19+: Chew 1-4 tablets daily.
Take with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
